UMIC database provided products and services to the members through Christian career professionals and business owners. This app build a library of elderly services needed, youths services needed and many Christians professional and businesses has made their services available to the Christian public at large.
Any person who is willing to accept the responsibilities of UMIC membership and who wishes to use the services of a ministry is welcome to become a member.
UMIC is controlled by its members. Members have control over setting policies for the ministry.
Members contribute to the capitalization of the ministry. Most of the capital of a ministry remains the property of the ministry and isn’t redistributed to members.
UMIC is meant to be autonomous and democratically controlled, meaning they aren’t subject to control by outside organizations or agencies.
UMIC provides education and training to members and board members to allow them to contribute to the development of the ministry principles. UMIC also seeks to inform and educate the public about the mission and operation of the ministry.
UMIC will often work together, creating regional, national, and international structures that help to improve the community and create a better world.
The policies approved by UMIC members should help to develop the community around the ministry sustainably.
